Terms & Conditions

➤ Speed indicated is till our ISP node. The maximum possible speeds areas mentioned in plans will be configured.

➤ Maximum feasible speeds are subject to our network capability in your area and also depends on network traffic.

➤ All equipment supplied by us shall remain our property at all times.

➤ The customer is liable to pay monthly rental & any Penalty till CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) is returned in good condition.

➤ Registration, Installation/Configuration charge applicable.

➤ Payment Gateway Charges and Doorstep collection charges may apply.

➤ Public IP charges @ 2000/- per IP Annually.

➤ An account will be automatically disabled if not renewed within 1 billing cycle.

➤ Re-Activation Charges of 500.00/- (Taxes Extra) will be applicable for disabled Account.

➤ Additional FUP TopUp Packs are valid only for the current billing cycle and will not be carry forwarded.

➤ ABC Fibernet reserves full rights to alter or make changes to plans without any prior notification.

➤ GST/Taxes Extra as applicable.
